Return & Refund Policy: General Items
14-day deadline following receipt of items, with a 15% restocking fee.
BASEMALL: 30-day deadline on general BASEMALL baseball memorabilia, EXCEPT for the following, which are considered FINAL SALE ITEMS: Customized, framed, autographed jerseys are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. This encompasses, the majority of items found in the fan favorite SELECT SIGNATURES.
Canvas Art & Prints :All canvas art and print sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
High-Ticket Collectibles: All high-ticket collectible sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Digital Products (eSIM & Travel Data): All digital product sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a product has been activated or delivered.
Amazon Products Items purchased via Amazon are sold and fulfilled by Amazon. All purchases are subject to Amazon's return and refund policy.
General Merchandise: Again, we gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
To qualify: item must be unused and in original condition, customer is responsible for return shipping, a 15% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns, store credit is issued upon receipt and inspection.
